Customer Success Manager for ASAP NOW

Customer Success, by guiding executives into developing personally and professionally, is a passion of mine through meaningful and powerful engagements within management, coaching, mentoring, and training programs. By sharing, training, and encouraging others with effective success habits, the clients who master business tools and truly understand the products and services they use become much more effective and impacting within their companies and spheres of influence. Creative methods of solving challenges, troubleshooting issues, and ultimately mastering processes provides a platform for my abilities and talents to be utilized in an excellent manner on an ongoing basis. By having an inherent disposition to assist, guide, and coach others into finding themselves and their purpose in life and in business, the outlet of expression found within customer success management allows me to do just that, which is a natural fit for me and my personality. It's better to be free financially, if at all possible, and if not there yet, why not purpose to reach it one day and help others do the same? That's how I became involved with Customer Success Management, Business Development, Personal Development, and Leadership and Management Training and Education. Software As A Service (SaaS) and Information Technology (IT) are high interests of mine because they are both extremely important areas of study for hands-on application within the lives of professionals who make a difference and make it happen. Aren't we all "under development" both personally and through business? My ultimate goal is to spend more time on the projects, purposes, and dreams that have shaped me into who I am now and mold me into who I will be in my future. Balancing my career with enjoying precious time with my family and friends, especially, knowing each day that my work has a positive impact upon others to reach their own aspirations and destinies, fills my life with tremendous rewards and endearing memories.

Real Estate Investor & Property Manager

For a few years, IT was a wonderful experience investing in properties. We helped people with their credit, saved them out of foreclosure being on their records, and assisted them to find another residence. By negotiating short sales and discounting loans with the banks, we had built-in sweat equity. All of the homes were highly leveraged and in need of many repairs. We were able to manage IT all after painting and remodeling properties several years prior. We sold some homes to real estate investors, especially if the repairs were beyond our capacity to remedy, and to new owner occupants, after we beautified them. After this, for seven years, as a Property Manager of an Independent Shared Living Home, the depth and breadth of my expertise with managing tenants was honed and refined.

My real estate interest is ongoing, especially after such a gratifying experience working with so many different types of people within that arena. After wearing multiple hats to invest and manage real estate, IT was difficult to slow down from IT. We were, as a realtor buying and selling homes, a negotiator making cost comparisons with tough loss mitigation managers at the banks to buy IT low, and working regularly with mortgage, title, and escrow officers when securing and closing property transactions through real estate agents and brokers.

My future ambitions will include becoming a Real Estate Broker to be in the know with investing again, purposing to find my new residence and investment properties at discounted prices. IT would be very rewarding to manage remodeling projects and rental properties to build equity for investment purposes to secure a more prosperous tomorrow. The experiences and expertise I gained through real estate were invaluable to me.

Purdue University: Bachelors of Science in Engineering

After graduating from Purdue University in Engineering, IT was a long haul, working in contracting, real estate, and investing, even while home schooling my two daughters, Sarah and Victoria. As they were completing Running Start, by getting a general AA degree during their last two years in high school, it was the perfect time for me to develop my skills in Project Management, Digital Solutions, Marketing Strategies, and Sales Techniques. The geek inside of me comes out through working in, through, and with technology. I'm a techie in my own way, being most comfortable with my laptop, and, as a business owner, with my phone. For this reason, IT's been wonderful managing ASAP NOW, integrating technology with business development to be a catalyst for entrepreneurs going to the next level in corporate growth, seeing their dreams come true, and changing their lives for themselves and their families.
